1. Platform Purpose

allexamquestions.com provides practice tests and simulated exam environments for:

• Professional certification exams (SAP, Microsoft, Azure, etc.)

• Competitive exams (IIT-JEE, NEET, Banking, etc.)

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by SAP, Microsoft, IIT, NTA, or any official exam body.

• Users must create an account to attempt practice tests

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

• One account per user only

• Sharing accounts is prohibited

3. Free & Paid Access

• First 10 questions are free (freemium model)

• Continued access requires payment

• Prices may change without prior notice

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via Razorpay

• All purchases are final

• No refunds under any circumstances, including:

o Partial usage

o Dissatisfaction

o Exam outcome

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including:

• Questions

• Explanations

• Test formats

• UI/UX

• Logos and branding

are the exclusive intellectual property of TutorKhoj Private Limited.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading content

• Sharing content

• Taking screenshots

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing material

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Exam Content Disclaimer

• Questions may be original or rephrased

• Some content may be inspired by publicly known exam patterns

• No guarantee of similarity, accuracy, ranking, or exam success

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the Platform

• Use bots or automated tools

• Misuse free attempts

• Upload malicious code or content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice

• Restrict access for violations or suspicious activity

• Deny service at our sole discretion

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for exam results, scores, career outcomes

• We are not responsible for data loss, interruptions, or inaccuracies

• Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TutorKhoj Private Limited from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
